Are You The Enemy of YOU?

Any person not having knowledge of themselves soon develops into the actual creator of their own troubles.

He or she ends up hindering their own advancement, constantly working against themselves. Some people say that they have become their own worst enemy.

Unconscious of their true purpose and lacking in understanding, he or she soon ruins themselves or places substantial restrictions on their own potential.

Seeing a person who unconsciously slams the door on their own progress is almost too painful to watch; without self-knowledge, many gifted men and women have been known to destroy their opportunity for success.

Even though most of us might want to help such a soul in distress, generally there is only so much that a person can do; what we come to realize is that a person is best helped when they learn to help themselves.

In truth, you will only help those that are willing to be helped. And everyone, sooner or later comes to the sobering realization that all conditions, good or bad, are self-created.

Therefore, each and every person holds within their genes, the solutions to all their difficulties, and the solution to every one of their dilemmas. Man is the only living thing that can alter his own condition by changing how he thinks.

Yet even to himself, man is actually an enigma, a mystery. He has little knowledge of his God-given potential, mainly because he does not know himself.

He does not know that he does not know, because he is unconsciously incompetent in the area of self-awareness.

Lacking this knowledge, the unconscious incompetent man faces a reasonably limited and uncertain future; failure lurks in the shadows of his own mind. He entertains thoughts of fear, doubt and uncertainty. He becomes apprehensive, trusting no one, not even himself.

He will become excessively anxious for a success that remains in the distance, far beyond his reach and as a result will be prone to making short-sighted mistakes.

A cloud of self-doubt covers his every move. His self-assurance level slips below his knees; his spirit sags, at this stage, he or she has more or less given up hope.

Such a person has spooked himself, and in this state, he or she is very confused. And instead of moving onward, becomes a beggar of opportunity, all while sitting in the shadows of paradise.

Is Selling Getting Harder?

Of course it is. Many of your prospects have been
stewed, screwed, bar-b-qued, reamed, steamed and
dry cleaned, so they have built up defense
shields. We need to be encouraging and allow
them to “dump” their pain and hurt before they
will ever be receptive to anything new.

The internet has made it easier for prospects to
find the good, the bad and the ugly, or even
vicious or false claims about your product,
service or company … or even you. We need to
discover a prospects beliefs and opinions and determine
what they are basing them on.

Prospects are being bombarded by commercials at
record levels. They are on radio, cable tv,
emails, at the movies, in print media and direct
mail. Plus, they are inundated with phone calls
offering everything imaginable.

This means you need to stress benefits within the
first 10 to 12 seconds or you are dead meat. All
prospects want to know one thing, which is:
“what’s in it for me?”

Most prospects have less time to sit and listen to
“webinar ramblings” about how great the speaker is,
and how much money they made 10 years ago. You can
no longer waste a prospects time eventually
getting to the point. You must clearly use the
most powerful, emotional and descriptive words
possible. Whether in blogs, articles or over the
phone. Your message must prove if your product or
service can fill their needs. You must be concise and to
the point.

Positive Energy Makes Money Online

How to Make More Money Then You’re Making Now!

So I was thinking …

Dangerous I know, but I’m willing to risk it these days.

… I was thinking, what is it that makes big time money possible
for the average entrepreneur who works for themselves, defies
this whole “college degree” get a job thing, and if they want
to … even refuses to get out of their pajama’s all day long …

While most “successful” workers spend $100,000 on a college degree,
are forced to work every day in an environment that causes most
people misery, and never have the chance to excel much higher
then their “title”.

And here’s the reason why…

As an Entrepreneur, you are being paid directly proportional
to how valuable your SKILLS are.

Since you are not in an income ceiling type business vehicle,
the more valuable the  SKILLS you develop, the more money you can make.

And with the changing of the times, meaning technology changing
every facet of how we live, the people who develop SKILLS to keep
up with those changing times will be worth more then all the
other people who don’t have these skills.

Commons sense right?

Maybe not. Are you developing new skills every single day and
making yourself more valuable?

Are you learning the latest marketing mechanisms, or even the
oldest marketing mechanism to be able to offer more to your
clients, customers, or business partners?

Are you constantly building your value by adding new and additional
abilities and skills to your arsenal?

what?

I have people paying me for my time and products.

And I’m not slowing down for a minute! I’ve already isolated
several other areas where I can develop new skills, and learn
more knowledge that will make me more knowledgeable, hence
more valuable to my clients … and in the end will make me TONS
more money.

It can’t be stressed enough that with how quickly technology
can change, marketing tactics can arise, and all the likes …
that you should be developing new skills to make yourself more
valuable all the time.

Go isolate areas that you KNOW will make you more valuable
if you learn … and LEARN them.

Once you do, you will be more successful at whatever it is
you are doing.  It truly doesn’t matter what it is … you will
be more successful at it.

That’s what I’m doing, and it’s working out pretty good so far!

Which One Are You?


Have you ever had one of those experiences
where you’re at the same place, doing the
same thing as someone else and after the
fact you both describe it… only to sound
like you were only totally different planets?

Like watching a movie…

One person says, “It was the BEST movie–I
can’t wait to see it again…”

The other person says, “Oh man, I could
hardly stay awake… how stupid… they couldn’t
PAY ME to see it again.”

Yet BOTH people were at the exact same
movie–sitting right next to each other.

Or how about a restaurant…

One person says, “WOW! I really enjoyed this
meal. I can’t wait to come back and try something
else on the menu.”

The other person says, “They’ll be closed in
a month. I’d rather eat at McDonalds.” (no offense
to Mickey D’s ;)

Now these examples are kind of funny… and
totally harmless. But they’re something you
see all the time, right?

People essentially doing the same things,
at the same places, yet having totally different
experiences.

Sometimes it’s a matter of taste…

You think sushi is exquisite… I think it’s gross. ;)

But other times… the times when it really matters…
are what I want to talk about.

Because I see it every single day….

Some people are successful–everything they want
just sort of lines up for them and the Universe bends
over backwards to flood them with success, wealth,
happiness, joy, abundance… all the good stuff.

While others… given the same or BETTER opportunities…
pile on the problems. Nothing works. They’re always
sick, unhappy and broke. Always complaining and asking
the big question, “WHY ME?!”

The truth is, we’re all seeing the SAME MOVIE and
eating at the SAME RESTAURANTS… yet we’re experiencing
everything from total blissed-out success to excruciating
failure… and everything in-between.

I don’t mean movies and restaurants literally,
I’m talking about LIFE.

I see it with wanna-be Entrepreneurs all the time.

In fact, I’ve categorized them into two types–
the B2s and the I2s.

The B2s BUY and BLAME.

These are the folks who buy everything… from the
cheap ebooks to the high ticket coaching and events.
Yet nothing ever changes for them–except, of course,
their bank balance continues to shrink.

And they BLAME everyone–from their family who
won’t support them… to their job that sucks out
all their time… to the person that sold them the
course to begin with.

They BLAME, BLAME, BLAME.

For them, it’s ALL about the BLAME GAME.

Then there are the I2s.

The I2s INVEST and IMPLEMENT.

These are the movers and shakers. They take responsibility
for themselves and their outcomes. They know what they
want and they’re willing to take ACTION to get it.

They don’t just randomly buy stuff–hoping to find
the “secret” to get-rich-quick. Nope. These people
INVEST in themselves and their future.

They IMPLEMENT what they’ve learned from the ebooks,
courses and seminars and they see RESULTS.

For them, it’s all about getting their “PRIZE CLEAR”
and going after it. They get it!

I see B2s and I2s everywhere.

They’re BOTH some of my best customers–in terms of
what they buy. But only the I2s get to enjoy the
dinner and movie.

Meaning, they’re coming from a point of view (the right
mindset) that allows them to take the wisdom we share
and turn it into real wealth… or whatever it is
they’re after.

In fact, just yesterday I heard from BOTH.

I had a raving testimony/success story from
a BBB Club member who was clearly an I2 and I heard
a sob story from a B2. And the sad thing is,
the B2 actually had a much better “chance”
to make it big.

Like Painting Wings On a Pig

You can paint wings on a pig but you can't make him fly

When I started online, I was looking for a tactic, a “magic button”
that I would just push and out would come all the moolah …

I wanted magic, and I wanted it fast.  And guess what I got to show
for it?

That’s right, a big fat stinking ZERO.

Looking for a “magic” answer to any problem or challenge is mostly
delusional. It just doesn’t work. Or if it does it dies out quickly.

Calling something magic this or magic that, won’t make it
work any better.

As they say, “you can paint wings on a pig, but that
won’t make him fly”.

Now don’t get me wrong, I still love tactics, but I understand that:

a)  A lot of times, they are short lived as everybody starts doing
it and the efficiency quickly dwindles to almost nothing

b)  A tactic is something you use to INCREASE the results you are
getting within a system

If you don’t have a system, tactics are worth nothing more to you
than watching a soap opera on tv: mildly amusing for some, but an
hour of your life you are never getting back…

System comes before tactic. Get the basics and learn a system:
